Beer name means Chimay is the name of a town in the South of Belgium. Close by is the Scourmont Monastery where this beer was originally brewed and under whose licence it is still being made. Interesting to note: the monastery is situated exactly on the spring of the river Oise, that flows from there towards Paris.(Thanks Nick )
