Comments We bought this one from The kaloista. Helsinki,Finland!

De Dolle Brouwers ("Crazy Brewers") are Herteleer brothers microbrewery in
West-Flanders near town Diksmuiden. They bought old 19th century brewery
from Esen after they have won homebrewing contest in Belgium.
The winning beer was Oerbier. They used to be (and they still are)
sunday brewers. They brew 1000 hectolitre a year. They do other jobs for living.
For example Kris Herteleer is an architect.
He is the one who designed new parts of brewery they use now.
He is also the main brewer.

Beers they brew are:
Oerbier Nat & Straf, which tastes sweet and sourish. Name Oer have two different
meanings. First it means ("Ur" in dutch) original. Second it means (in spoken
language) whore. Nat and Straf means wet and strong. Oerbier was first beer
they brewed for "commercial use".

Arabier, quite bitter one. Ara means parrot (also find from label. Sorry about
bad picture here) ,but also it reminds about Arabia, which is very dry
place. Also this beer is very dry. That dryness comes from Kent Goldings hops.

Boskeun, is quite bitter, but still some sweet tastes can be found. Its
a Easter beer. Name comes from Kriss second brother. They call him Boskeun,
because he look like hare (boskeun). This also the last beer he made for De
Dolle Brouwers. In the brewery business he was replaced by third brother.

Stille Nacht, is sweet christmas beer, which is also brewed in summer.

Esenaar. Esenaar is a seasonal beer.

Snoek (pike) This is special brew for one restaurant.

Reserva Special, which is very strong beer.
