Beer name means A "Neandertaler" is an archaic person from the stone-age, as you can see on the picture of the bottle."Gesöff" is a vulgar word in the german language for a bad drink. Such a "Gesöff" always has a disgusting taste, so it is no fun to drink it. So "Neandertalergesöff" is good enough for primitive and unpretentious people who want to get drunk.
