Approved by four guys in Moen Moen is a town in Norway. (Thanks Martin)Godkjend = Approved,av = by,4 = hmm... ,karar = guys,i = in,moen = a "flat area"... "kara i moen" is a usual expression for "being in the millitary"; whereas "4 kara i moen" would be "4 guys in the military" Then again... It could mean simply "4 guys from the country"... (that's what I thougt, untill something convinced me...)(Thanks Kurt-Rune)
